Cours FLEX

Les cours FLEX sont offerts en tout temps et vous devez les réserver 45 minutes d'avance sur MINDBODY - ou en nous appelant au (450) 466-0303.

**Si vous devez annuler votre réservation, SVP le faire de l'avance! Les annulations en-dedans de 90 minutes seront chargées pour le cours étant donné que nous n'avons pas pu offrir votre place à un autre participant.

Cherchez-vous à poussez vos limites ou à vous détendre? Utilisez ce guide pour déterminer si la classe sera la bonne intensité pour vous.

  • Ahhhhh - intensité minimale : Quand vous cherchez à vous relaxer et vous détendre pour dire : Ahhhhh...

  • 'Everyday Namaste' - intensité basse : Ces cours offrent une intensité faible à moyenne. Obtenez votre dose de yoga avec un minimum de transpiration.

  • Vous le ressentirez - intensité moyenne : Un cours qui va faire travailler vos muscles et vous faire transpirer!
  • Amenez une serviette - intensité élevé : Comme le titre l'indique, vous seriez mieux d'avoir une serviette à portée de la main pour ces cours car ils sont conçus pour stimuler votre rythme cardiaque et vous faire transpirer comme un fou!

FLEX Classes

FLEX classes are regularly scheduled classes that must be reserved in advance using the MindBody app, by logging into your account on your computer, or by calling the studio at (450) 466-0303. The MindBody reservation window will close 45 minutes before the class begins. Should you choose to come to the class without reserving, you risk (a) not having a place if the class is full (our capacity is 15 people per class), or (b) finding out that the class has been cancelled if no one has signed in (this very rarely happens). You may reach us on Facebook, by email, or by calling the studio if you'd like to know if there's space in the class.

**If you must cancel your reservation, please do so in advance! Cancellations received within 90 minutes of your scheduled class will be charged as we may not be able to offer your place to somebody else.

    • To reserve a class click on "Réserver". Your first trial class is only $5.

Class Levels - Legend:

  • Beginner: These classes are designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The beginner student needs slow-paced direction and a great level of detail so they can become familiar with basic yoga poses and use of the breath.

  • Level 1 - Experienced Beginner: These classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and use of the breath.

  • Level 2 - Intermediate: These classes are designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement.

  • Level 3 - Advanced-Intermediate: These classes are designed for more experienced yogis with a very solid understanding of basic yoga postures who are comfortable performing more advanced poses. The advanced-intermediate student practices yoga regularly and has begun to master connection of breath with movement.

  • All Levels: Come as you are! All Levels classes are suitable for beginners, masters and everyone in between. These classes offer modifications so that you can customize your class to fit your specific needs and level of expertise.

Class Intensity - Legend:

Push yourself to your limits, or unwind and relax - how hard core do you want your practice to be? Use this guide to determine if the class is the right intensity for you. 

  • Ahhhhhh - Lowest Intensity
    These classes are designed to soothe and relax. Let go of stress and tension and say, "Ahhhhhh"!

  • Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity
    These classes are low to medium intensity. Get your yoga fix with minimal sweat.

  • You'll Feel It - Medium Intensity
    Now we're getting into classes that will will work your muscles and make you work up a sweat!

  • Bring A Towel - High Intensity
    As the title says, you might want to have a towel handy for these classes as they are designed to get your heart-rate up and make you sweat like crazy. Push yourself to your limits with these classes.
