Cours de yoga et de méditation

Nos cours sont offerts en tout temps et vous devez les réserver 45 minutes d'avance sur MINDBODY - ou en nous appelant au (450) 466-0303 pendant les heures ouvrables.  Sans place réservée, vous risquez (a) de ne pas avoir une place si le cours est plein (notre capacité est de 15 personnes par cours), ou (b) se rendre compte que le cours était annulé si personne à réserver (cela arrive rarement).  Vous pouvez nous joindre via Facebook, par courriel, ou en appelant le studio pour savoir si il y'a une place dans le cours.

**Si vous devez annuler votre réservation, SVP le faire à l'avance! Les annulations en-dedans de 90 minutes seront chargées pour le cours étant donné que nous n'avons pas pu offrir votre place à un autre participant.

Yoga & Meditation Classes

Our regularly scheduled classes must be reserved in advance using the MindBody app, by logging into your account on your computer, by calling the studio at (450) 466-0303 (during regular business hours), or by texting 514-805-4740. The MindBody reservation window closes 45 minutes before the class begins. Should you choose to come to the class without reserving, you risk (a) not having a place if the class is full (our capacity is 15 people per class), or (b) finding out that the class has been cancelled if no one has signed in (this rarely happens). You may reach us on Facebook, by email, or by calling the studio if you'd like to know if there's space in the class.

**If you must cancel your reservation, please do so in advance! Cancellations received within 90 minutes of your scheduled class will be charged as we may not be able to offer your place to somebody else.

    • To reserve a class click on "Réserver". Your first trial class is only $5.

Class Levels - Legend:

  • Beginner: These classes are designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The beginner student needs slow-paced direction and a great level of detail so they can become familiar with basic yoga poses and use of the breath.

  • Level 1 - Experienced Beginner: These classes are designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment. The experienced beginner student would like to explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and use of the breath.

  • Level 2 - Intermediate: These classes are designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The intermediate student understands the relationship between breath and movement.

  • Level 3 - Advanced-Intermediate: These classes are designed for more experienced yogis with a very solid understanding of basic yoga postures who are comfortable performing more advanced poses. The advanced-intermediate student practices yoga regularly and has begun to master connection of breath with movement.

  • All Levels: Come as you are! All Levels classes are suitable for beginners, masters and everyone in between. These classes offer modifications so that you can customize your class to fit your specific needs and level of expertise.
