"bambu" is the only company using certified organic bamboo in the production of their utensils. Each utensil is hand shaped from a single piece of bamboo. After shaping, sanding and cleaning, a light food-safe oil is applied. They don’t use typical shiny lacquer finishes like many others, preferring a more natural finish to their tools.

• Clean bamboo utensils in hot, soapy water. Wipe dry. (Not recommended for dishwasher or prolonged soaking.)
• Clean fabric pouches in washing machine (not dishwasher). Or hand wash and wipe dry.
